Our food club delivery for January went much better than November or December. Our regular driver, Larry was there by 10:45. He told me that the regular schedule, year around, should be from 10:45 TO 11:15, for the truck to arrive. Therefore, I am going to set the schedule according to that. We had 2 miss-picks this time. As well as 5 items that never did arrive. We will keep our times as below—and barring illness, as happened in December, or bad weather, or a change of drivers, hopefully most of the time it will work.

We will change our times as follows until further notice:

Food Pick-Up 12:15-12:45

The Benefits of Viewing your Pricelist Online

There are multiple benefits to viewing the Buying Club News monthly pricelist online. First and foremost, UNFI is focused on reducing its carbon footprint. As more customers are viewing the catalog online, we have been able to reduce the number of catalogs being printed monthly by the thousands.

Other benefits include:

Earlier access to future month's pricelists. Printed catalogs are only available 1 month in advance. The online catalog posts two months in advance; see ship dates and sales sooner!

Different format options. You can view the catalog in pdf (which requires Adobe) or Excel. There is also an Excel file of just the monthly Sale items!

Easy to search. Both the pdf and Excel files have easy to use search functions. You can search by any keyword or item number and easily find what you are looking for!

Download to your PC. Files can be downloaded to your computer for easy access without going online. You can also attach the files to an email and share with members who have slow internet connections!

UNFI website features. The monthly Buying Club news pricelists are located through the Buying Club Catalogs link on www.unfi.com. In addition to the pricelists, the site also offers a Product Information Search which offers product photos and nutritional information. You can also search for products by keyword, by Brand, or Category!

Promise (Expiration) Dates

United Natural Foods has what we call a "Promise Date" for each category of product that we sell. The Promise Date refers to the time left before expiration at the time of delivery. Usually, you will receive products with well over the minimum days left. In the event that you receive a product that has less time before expiration than what is listed here you may call our claims department for a price adjustment.Please note these are general guidelines. Some manufacturers may have different dating.
