Pickup Times
10:15 a.m. for pickup workers
11:15 a.m. for cashiers
between 12:15 and 12:45 p.m. for all others to pickup groceries
PLEASE TAKE TIME TO MARK YOUR CALENDAR NOW SO YOU WILL HAVE THIS INFORMATION IN FRONT OF YOU EACH MONTH! You will be notified by email (or by phone) of any changes in the date, time, or location of any of the above. If your computer is down, you need to let us know.
Adjustment meetings are at 5:15 p.m. on Mondays and pick-ups are on Mondays and the time may vary. Please note that most business meetings are held twice a year, once in the spring and one in the fall. Your attendance and participation are strongly encouraged.
You need to be at pickup at the time set each month, which also varies. A late charge will be incurred unless you have an emergency. If you have an emergency, let us know ASAP. Pickups will are held at the Family Life Center on 2337 West Avenue, Crossville, TN. The adjustment meetings are held at my home, on 242 Glenwood Circle.
The adjustment meetings are for those without computers, or for those who are just joining—although anyone may attend. You may add to your order until Tuesday night the week after the Adjustment Meeting. It's a good idea to get your orders in early, preferably well before the adjustment meetings, to give a chance for others to add to any unfilled cases. The Wednesday of the following week, all unfilled cases will be deleted to finalize the order to be sent to UNFI.
Orders for those with computers and Internet access can be place on or before the Order Due Date. Those members without Internet Access may call Loraine (last name A-L) or Jerry Ziegele, (last name M-Z.)
Adjustment meetings will be on Mondays two weeks AFTER and approximately 1 week BEFORE the next delivery date.
